The new Austrian premises are strategically located, just round the corner from Graz airport, in Vienna.
The new requirement for slots to be networked for accounting purposes has created massive new demand for systems, so DRGT has already signed contracts with over 50 casinos in Peru.
The rise in demand meant that the former offices in Graz, Austria, could no longer cater for this growth. This was foreseen already at the end of last year by the management board and in April the Austrian team moved to new, larger and more modern premises within the UniCredit Tower. The Austrian team covers a full floor within this building. The new premises are strategically located, just round the corner from Graz airport.
Sources of the firm say that the DRGT philosophy is to bring solutions that are customer-friendly to the market. “Suddenly systems are no longer a necessary headache but a welcome marketing tool that opens up a new world of opportunities for operators. Be it simple accounting, or a whole range of solutions such as cashless, bonusing, jackpots – operators know that they are investing in a future-proof solution. Thus, the DRGT systems solutions can be expanded upon at any time. The operator decides what is and when it is required.”
The firm added: “Naturally a major bonus of working with DRGT is that the systems solutions are serverless. This means working with systems becomes child-play. No expensive servers, no expensive IT personnel are required. This opens the door to systems to the complete market – not only to large operators but to the smallest as well. And DRGT solutions grow with your requirements.”
DRGT systems work with all slots – from the oldest to the newest. Operators no longer are faced with the choice of parting from popular older, reel-based slots. With DRGT, these can stay on the gaming floor where they belong. And the firm has the necessary solutions to make sure that these slots continue to bring enjoyment and satisfaction to players, for example by including and connecting a ticket printer for ticket-in, ticket-out even if these slots do not have the mechanical space and technical capability to originally include the ticket printer.
Besides, the marketing element of DRGT solutions, DrScreen, allows messaging and advertising to be targeted directly at the slot machine. The company makes use of the video screens within the slot machine – thus no further investment is required for another screen here. Operators can create the right messages for a whole range of players. Players react much more positively to information that has been created especially for them.
Jurgen De Munck, CEO and co-founder of DRGT powered by SiP, is very pleased with the company progress. “It was and remains our firm belief to revolutionise the systems market. Systems need to be created for the customer. Complexity needs to be translated into simplicity for everyday use. Suddenly operators see systems as a beneficial tool, even a friend. A whole world of possibilities opens up. The fact that we are serverless and can connect all slots has freed up systems to the complete market. We will continue to invest in our structure with new global subsidiaries and more staff to ensure that operators around the world can make full use of the DRGT benefits”.
