(Spain).- The Codere Group announced consolidated earnings for the first quarter of 2013 (1Q13). The Spanish company closed 1Q13 with sales of 397.6 million euros (1.4% less than the same period last year) and EBITDA of 62.1 million euros, in line with expectations for this period, reflecting a decline in Argentina and Italy and partially offset by growth in Mexico and Spain.

(Spain).- Gauselmann Group from Espelkamp in East Westphalia, Germany, has applied for a second casino licence on Majorca that has been put out for tender by local government together with its Spanish subsidiary Dosniha. The new casino is to be opened on the grounds of Bendinat Castle in the municipality of Calviá.
