(Panama).- Sun International (SUI) has received approval to operate a casino in Panama‚ triggering the purchase of three floors of the 70-story mixed-use Trump Ocean Club International Hotel and Tower on a freehold basis for USD 45.5 million.

(Nicaragua).- GTECH Corporation has entered into a three-year instant-ticket printing contract with Loteria Nacional de Nicaragua following a competitive procurement. Under the contract, GTECH will continue to provide instant-ticket printing and related services to the Lottery through July 4, 2016. This contract represents a 33% increase in ticket production from the previous instant-ticket contract awarded to GTECH by the Lottery in 2009.

(Panama).- Two years after the Trump Ocean Club hotel opened in Panama City, work has restarted on plans to build the largest casino in the region. The Trump casino could be open as early as February, but is more likely to debut later in 2014, managing director Mark Stevenson told WPC News. Designers are "in the final stages right now of completing the final planning and detailing," he said.
