TL's Spectral technology was popular with the visitors as well as their Live Collect cash management system which was previewed to the industry. Live Collect enables operators to optimise cash handling and revolutionise collection efficiency by accessing real-time data and detailed status reports across multiple sites for full machine audit traceability.
Commenting on the show, Andy Bullock, Senior Business Development Manager said, “ACOS visitors where impressed with the efficiency benefits and huge cost savings that Live Collect can bring their organisations. As soon as you start talking about eliminating shrinkage, reducing float levels and generating more efficient collections operators are keen to hear more.”
Andy continued, “Live Collect optimises the cash handling features of both the NV11 and SMART Coin System in a smart connected way. The NV11, a market leading compact note recycler can store and payout up to 30 notes for change or prizes while the SMART Coin System is a state-of-the-art coin validator, mixed coin hopper and recycler in one that eliminates coin starvation and the need for multiple hoppers. Live Collect links the coin and note machine peripherals to provide operators with a greater insight into machine activity.”
Andy continued, “We also previewed Pay & Play which is a new app that allows customers to transfer funds to enabled gaming machines using their mobile. You can set your own limits and deposit funds securely using your debit card – ideal for customers who are not carrying cash. We’ll be releasing more information over the coming months regarding this new technology so watch this space.”
Both Spectral products also attracted lots of interest on the Innovative stand. The NV200 Spectral and NV9 Spectral units are the most technically advanced note validators in their class, boasting stained note detection, optical & mechanical anti-strimming technology and faster note to note processing. Andy concluded, “Spectral sensors are used in both our NV9 Spectral and NV200 Spectral to provide high resolution imaging. The NV200 Spectral scans 4.8 million data points whilst the NV9 Spectral scans 1.28 million data points to authenticate the validity of notes. Their modular design means customers can also add on recycling and ticketing capabilities.”
