The new 24-hour Manchester casino will present a range of gaming tables, including American Roulette, Blackjack, Three Card Poker and Punto Banco, plus Slot Machines and Electronic Roulette, both of which will be available on the heated, covered outdoor Smoking Terrace.

The A&S Leisure Group have announced that Napoleons Casino & Restaurant, Manchester, will open at 57 Portland Street on Thursday 24th September at 11pm.

"After years in the making and an £8M investment, fitting out is now well progressed in our casino, restaurant and bar, a venture which will create 120 new jobs in the city," company officials said.

Show-stopping interior design is being provided by Chapman Taylor’s Castlefield office, whilst ISG are taking the lead on the fit-out from their base in Media City.

The new 24-hour Manchester casino will present a range of gaming tables, including American Roulette, Blackjack, Three Card Poker and Punto Banco, plus Slot Machines and Electronic Roulette, both of which will be available on the heated, covered outdoor Smoking Terrace.

Tim Harvey, regional director at ISG, said: “Napoleons Casino & Restaurant is driving the gaming industry in Manchester, combining high-end facilities and luxurious interiors in a venue which is set to become a leading attraction to the city’s many visitors.

"The seamless completion of this project is testament to the strong working relationships developed.

"The A&S Leisure Group had an in-depth understanding of the fit out process, and we worked closely to deliver this modern, stylish casino.”

The casino will boast a luxurious private dining room, with a stunning restaurant that will overlook the gaming area. The very striking cocktail bar will undoubtedly be one of the venue’s main focal points.
Napoleons Manchester will also host Mahjong and Poker, while complementary Valet Parking will be provided for customers in the evening.

Peter Hirsch, senior architect at Chapman Taylor, added: “This bespoke, high-quality leisure destination in central Manchester, which creates a next-generation gaming experience, has been a superb example of how working with an ambitious and forward-thinking client alongside a proactive construction team can bring about a unique and memorable interior environment.

"It has been very enjoyable to collaborate with A&S Leisure and ISG and to see our design come to life so successfully.”

The property is situated next door to the recently opened Hotel Brooklyn.

According to A&S Leisure group, the project has been years in the making - and marks a return to Manchester for chairman Dave Allen, who when he was younger regularly performed in the city with his band at the Ritz Ballroom on Oxford Street - before moving on to the business of nightclubs and casinos.

Steve Doran, contracts director for Gariff, ISG's sub-contractor for bespoke joinery on the scheme, said: “Napoleons Casino & Restaurant presented a unique opportunity for ourselves and a mix of local partners, to bring an all-new state-of-the-art gaming facility to the streets of Manchester.

"Being a local supplier ourselves, it has been an honor to collaborate and work as part of a truly enigmatic team, led by ISG, to contribute to this stunning finished article.”
