FBM, which is celebrating its 20 years in 2021, is redefining its marketing strategy and developing new processes in terms of recruitment and people management. And now it has appointed Luís Silva as the Head of People & Brand after several years of working in the casino industry.
In the roadmap of the new FBM Head of People & Brand is the establishment of global procedures that facilitate processes like recruitment or performance evaluation in the group. In terms of marketing, Luís Silva will lead the team, defining the marketing strategies for both land-based and online universes by managing the FBM and FBM Digital Systems brands.
The new responsible for the people and brand operations completed his education in the Communication and Marketing field and collected different professional experiences in challenging environments as Colombia, India, Italy, and Portugal. During his professional journey, Luís has been learning and completing courses in different areas as the MBA in Catolica Porto Business School or the executive education program of Leadership at Work at the ESMT Berlin, for example.
