The Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) announced in a statement that M-Hub Gaming Operations Ltd, gaming license MGA/B2B/386/2017, was suspended as of 3 May 2019. The firm, which operated the website bigbetworld.com, has thus been directed to indefinitely suspend all gaming operations, cease to register new players or accept any deposits on the license and to submit all data and documentation requested by the regulator.
Furthermore, the MGA informed that any websites operated by M-Hub Gaming Operations Ltd, or associated with the company, and which make reference to the Authority or the suspended license is not approved to be operational. Due to the suspension of the license, M-Hub Gaming Operations Ltd is therefore not authorized to keep conducting gaming by means of distance communications under an MGA’s license.
The regulator also pointed out that players who have any outstanding payments due to them on the mentioned license should send an email to [email protected] and submit their personal information and a screenshot of balance or any pending cashouts —if not available, an estimated balance is to be submitted.
The MGA notified that no further information was released at this stage “in order not to compromise any investigations that may need to be performed by the Authority and/or any other competent authority.”
