IGT slots award four jumbo jackpots in July
International Game Technology (IGT) announced Wednesday that its Powerbucks slots and Wheel of Fortune slots turned four lucky players into millionaires by awarding four giant jackpots in July.
In Canada, the Powerbucks slots awarded more than CA$4.1 million (USD 3 M) in jackpots.
On July 13, a slots player won a CA$2,152,860.83 (USD 1.6 M) jackpot playing the Powerbucks Powerhits game at Treasure Cove Casino in British Columbia, marking the largest Powerbucks jackpot ever awarded.
Another player won a CA$1,032,792.28 (USD 778 K) jackpot playing the Powerbucks Powerhits game at Casino Lac-Leamy in Quebec on July 25, and, on July 27, a Powerbucks online slots player won a CA$1,004,723.31 (USD 757 K) jackpot playing Wheel of Fortune Hawaiian Getaway on lotoquebec.com.
Since making its Canadian debut in 2016, Powerbucks has awarded more than CA$13 million (USD 9.8 M) in life-changing jackpots.
Finally, on July 27, a Wheel of Fortune slots player won a $1,081,144.93 jackpot at Golden Nugget Atlantic City Hotel, Casino & Marina in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
