Ahead of ICE 2020, DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) emphasized the ever-increasing value of the player experience, and the key role it will continue to play in ensuring casinos’ sustainability, and more importantly their growth.
Over the last decade and a half, driven by its ‘Player First’ design mantra, the company’s considerable growth and global expansion has been driven by the strategic evolution of three core product offerings.
One of them is its robust, user-friendly and cost-effective casino management (and player loyalty and marketing) system, with its patented SMIB technology that allows casino operators the ability to operate without a permanent server connection whilst ensuring full game play data replication across all gaming devices (slots and tables) on a casino floor.
The other two offerings are its world-class range of local and wide-area slots jackpot configurations; and more recently it’s tables jackpot games.
This evolution continued at ICE London last week when DRGT launched it’s all-new Infiniti Tables Jackpot Arena, an all-in-one tables jackpot pit that is designed to offer tables players a top slots-like jackpot experience. Designed with a circular footprint to ensure optimal use of casino floor space, the Infiniti Tables Arena’s plug-and-play modular design also guarantees a fast and simple installation.
“When designing the arena, we spent a lot of time researching ergonomics, and chatting to both operators and players to understand how best to leverage our systems and jackpot technology in a product that excites both parties; and I think we’ve managed to do that,” said DRGT Africa MD, Charl Geyser. “The arena comes standard with either a free-standing overhead LED jackpot sign, or if space and structures permit, a 3m diameter overhead LED jackpot sign – installed this product is amazing, believe me!”
Fully integrated to offer standalone, floor wide of wide-area jackpots across multiple games types —there is a blackjack only option of 5 tables, or a 3 blackjack and 2 roulette table option—, the Infiniti Tables Arena “will without a doubt provide players with an experience second to none, and operators with a tool to deliver that experience,” the company says.
DRGT referenced a study by PwC on the consumer experience earlier this year, where, aside from the likes of efficiency and convenience, knowledgeable and friendly staff was the third-highest ranked thing that people valued most in respect of their consumer experience. Table games provide casino operators with that opportunity and DRGT’s Infiniti Tables Arena may well be the perfect spot to deliver it.
