Skilrock's team is back from the ‘Crown Jewel’ of all gaming events: ‘ICE London’, which proved to be one of the most 'phenomenal successes,' the company explained.
Skilrock showcased three unique concepts – the first one being ‘Customer Experience’ involving gaming beyond the conventional realm and involving virtual, augmented and mixed realities to enhance and monetize player engagement. The second attraction involving revolutionary Cashless Casino created a big buzz at the show as it is a solution that takes away the use of cash, card, and chips from Casinos, making them ultra-efficient and ready for the future. The third one was the company's digital focus in the form of CX – "we posed the question to our Visitors, what’s next after going digital and we got the right answer!" Skilrock's team said.
"With well over a thousand visitors at its stand, ICE 2020 was one of the most successful show ever for Skilrock," said Sujit Lahiry, Executive Director at Skilrock Technologies. "Future is what everyone wants to know about and we set the tone with three unique showcases."
The first showcase was the VR gameplay. Visitors were able to immerse themselves and get a first-hand taste of how player engagement could strike a chord for long term loyalty and monetization of such futuristic gameplays.
The Cashless @ Casino was also on display. The slot machines are absolutely cashless, card-less, chip-less – all players need is a simple mobile wallet to get going. "Visitors were stunned when it dawned on them how much value this concept can add in future – both to the players as we as to the Casinos," the company's team explained.
Going beyond the land based attractions was Skilrock's CX focus and visitors did not miss the point that CX is going to be the major differentiator in the digital world of future. "Today the discerning player is looking for an all-round customer experience, which goes much beyond the gameplay alone and covers the entire space of marketing, registration, payment, bonus, loyalty, support and much more. Symbolically we showcased the largest mobile phone ever shown in the ICE!" the company added.
