GVC Holdings announced Wednesday that it has joined the All-In Diversity Project – an industry-driven initiative to benchmark diversity, equality and inclusion for the global betting and gaming sector.
GVC said its membership of the All-In Diversity project will help accelerate its leadership role on D&I (diversity and inclusion) issues within the sector. The company is currently two years into its D&I strategy, Everyone’s in the Game, which set out a three-year roadmap towards building a more inclusive business. Under that strategy, initiatives have focused on the four key areas of recruitment; process and policy; people development and; awareness and education.
The All-in Diversity Project provides tools to businesses looking to progress in the area of Diversity & Inclusion. Its Founding Members provide guidance and support sharing best practices and resources. GVC joins industry peers including Microgaming, IGT, SiS, Caesars, Betsson, Scientific Games, Flutter, Gaming Innovation Group, and Kindred Group.
