Russian Gaming Week 2021's two speakers will address coalition loyalty programs

On April 27, Paruyr Shahbazyan and Evgeniy Fadeev will address three main topics: coalition/multi-brand loyalty programs in Russia, background, cases; when the coalition is justified and how to get business benefits; and prospects for development in the sports and betting industries.

Organizers of the Russian Gaming Week 2021 conference announced two new speakers — the owner of Rating of Bookmakers online portal Paruyr Shahbazyan and Marketing Director Evgeniy Fadeev.

During the Moscow conference on April 27, experts will make a double presentation titled “Coalition loyalty programs: Industry experience and prospects for development in the gambling business”.

During the presentation, they will address three main topics: coalition/multi-brand loyalty programs in Russia, background, cases; when the coalition is justified and how to get business benefits; and prospects for development in the sports and betting industries.

Shahbazyan is the founder and owner of Bookmakersrating.ru online sports betting portal. A former professional bettor. He also established the international RB Award.

Fadeev is a specialist in CRM, loyalty programs and customer marketing. He has expertise in retail, HoReCa, finance, telecommunications. Holds the position of a Marketing Director at Rating of Bookmakers. Also acts as a creator of the specialized CRM Club community.

Rating of Bookmakers has been operating since 2012. In addition to the rating and reviews of the betting shops, they publish interviews, useful materials, analytics and sports forecasts. They also provide an option to leave a complaint about the bookmaker on their website, so the portal acts as an arbitration party between the client and the betting website.

Currently, the resource is visited 1.2 million times monthly, its audience reaches 350 thousand people. In 2015, in an interview with Forbes, Shahbazyan pointed out that the portal's annual revenue was $1.5 million. In 2020, Rating of Bookmakers entered the top 20 cited sports issues, according to a study by Medialogia. Every year, online portal awards an RB Prize to betting companies showing the most outstanding results. The resource is now in the process of entering new foreign markets.
