Under the Travel with Confidence” program, the resort says it will provide courtesy private jet service back to the States, or give guests a complimentary 14-day stay, if they test positive for COVID-19 prior to departure, so they won’t be stranded on the island paradise.

Baha Mar, a luxury resort in the Bahamas has announced the launch of its “Travel with Confidence” program, a luxe plan to quarantine any travelers who come down with coronavirus.

The resort says it will provide courtesy private jet service back to the States, or give guests a complimentary 14-day stay, if they test positive for COVID-19 prior to departure, so they won’t be stranded in the island paradise, the Page Six reports.

The resort would also give any infected guests a daily dining credit of $150 per day, for up to 14 days in quarantine, while they stay in a courtesy suite.

Baha Mar’s president, Graeme Davis, said in a statement: “In this ever-changing travel environment, it is our goal to alleviate travelers’ concerns surrounding COVID-19, in an effort to ensure the health, safety and comfort of our guests… Our Travel with Confidence program is the first of its kind in the industry, providing travelers with added peace of mind and the option to safely return home, or quarantine at no added expense – the choice is theirs.”

The resort already includes such safety measures as on-site complimentary testing, mandatory mask-wearing in public, social distancing, and cleanliness protocols. The Bahamas also requires visitors to test negative before arriving on the island as part of a health visa.

Drake was seen last month in the Bahamas staying at nearby Albany — a private retreat owned by a group including Justin Timberlake and pro golfers Tiger Woods and Ernie Els. He was reported to be shooting a video with Meek Mill during his stay, and hanging out at the Baha Mar Casino at night, along with Fanatics mogul Michael Rubin.

Baha Mar is also launching a Café Boulud The Bahamas location next month from top chef Daniel Boulud when the Rosewood section of the resort opens Mar. 4.
