The company’s content will be integrated across the Pirates’ digital and social platforms.

Sports betting and digital gaming operator BetMGM and the Pittsburgh Pirates on Thursday announced a new partnership, which involves BetMGM branding throughout PNC Park, including the left field wall and behind home plate

The company’s and the baseball team’s joint efforts will also include fan-focused promotions and  social media content among other features

According to a press release, Pirates executive vice president of Sales and Business Development David Burke spoke about this partnership and assured that BetMGM is “incredibly excited to partner with such a respected and innovative brand”.

Burke also pointed out that this move will “allow us the opportunity to provide a unique platform for our fans to engage with Pirates baseball like never before”.

Chief Revenue Officer for BetMGM Matt Prevost acknowledged that “BetMGM has seen tremendous success in Pennsylvania since launching in December 2020”, and added that this partnership is “a top priority”.
