Acres Manufacturing expanded its CMS to the Hollywood Casino York opened Thursday, adding to previous installations at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course and the Meadows Racetrack & Casino in Pennsylvania. Foundation allows players to engage cashless and contactless with slots and tables, as well as providing behavior data to casino owners.

Acres Manufacturing Company (AMC) announced Thursday that its Foundation casino management system will be enabling cashless gaming at Penn National’s new Hollywood Casino York in Pennsylvania.

The announcement follows previous installations at Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course and the Meadows Racetrack & Casino in Pennsylvania. The deployment of the Foundation management system at Penn National casinos will continue, “pending regulatory approvals,” said the company in a press release.

Foundation interfaces to Penn National’s mychoice wallet, powered by Everi’s digital CashClub Wallet, to transfer funds from player accounts to the game of their choice.

The solution works on slot machines and table games alike throughout the casino floor and, in addition to cashless technology, Foundation provides “rich, real-time” stream of player behavior data delivered through an open API, thus allowing Penn National “to understand and predict player behavior and preferences.”

“We at Acres applaud Penn National’s efforts to constantly improve the player experiences,” said John Acres, Founder of AMC. “Penn National’s technical team very quickly harnessed the power of Foundation to deliver the best cashless gaming system in the industry.”

Todd George, Executive Vice President of Operations at Penn National, added: “We are thankful for the hard work and collaboration with Acres and Everi in helping us deliver industry leading customer engagement technology.”

Through this new partnership, Penn National expects its customers to “safely and securely” fund their favorite slots and table games cardless, cashless and contactless, “without the need to carry cash or go to an ATM.”

Among its features, Foundation enables smart phone synchronization with real-time gaming experiences, as players can send cashless transfers to and from any slot machine or table game, receiving real-time messages and bonuses triggered by their live play session.

As casinos move into cashless, single wallet solutions, Foundation promises “vivid new experiences” for players and real-time control of data for owners, allowing to optimize gaming for maximum profitability.

Its standard interfaces allow casinos and third parties to quickly develop and deliver new applications and can be operated alongside other casino management systems.
