As of today, five online gambling operators have begun to offer online bets to players in the City of Buenos Aires, thus concluding the long path towards regulation and implementation of one of the most important markets, economically speaking, of Argentina.
According to industry sources, the portals of Codere, Jugadón, and Bplay are already operating, and today Super7 and BetWarrior will be added, which have already received the green light to offer casino games and sports betting in the city of Buenos Aires.
Among the operators making their debut in Buenos Aires are BetWarrior, a brand that has been operating since 2019 in eleven countries of the region, and is made up of the companies Binaires and the Intralot Group; the Boldt Group, which already operates in Santa Fe and Paraguay together with 888 under the brand Bplay; the Spanish multinational Codere; Jugadón.bet.ar (of GrupoSlots and GiG) and Super7 (Ivisa Group of Argentina).
Although the offer is now confirmed as a whole, it should be noted that two gaming operators already offered online gaming alternatives in the city, one of them being Casino Buenos Aires, and the other one through Palermo's Argentinean Racecourse.
At a national level, the City of Buenos Aires joins other jurisdictions where electronic gaming platforms are already operating, such as Mendoza, Santa Fe, Corrientes, Chaco, Misiones, San Luis, Tucumán, Entre Ríos, La Pampa, Neuquén, Río Negro and Santa Cruz. Meanwhile, other important markets, such as the province of Cordoba, this week began to take measures to regulate the online betting vertical.
