Consulting firm Gaming Consultores starts operations for public and private gaming sectors

The association between Luis Gama, Manuel San Román and Javier Balbuena, former gambling regulators for Uruguay, Peru and Paraguay, respectively, offers a "highly technical content based on proven experience by their respective institutions' management", highlighted Gaming Consultores, the official name given to the consulting firm recently announced to the industry. 

The know-how garnered by the Iberoamerican regulatory jurisdictions is complemented with a wide vision of the reference market. 

The consulting firm basically offers advisory services to the private and public sectors. When it comes to private sector-originated ventures, services will be presented under the concepts of general advisory related to current regulations and administrative procedures for the application and execution of gambling licenses.

They also offer a comprehensive consultancy on feasiblity analysis of investment projects, and advice on compliance with concession contracts.

For the public sector, the group works in legal and technical advice for the crafting of standards of regulatory and sanctioning content, as well as their update to current trends. In this process, experiences and outcomes will be analyzed in each of the involved countries.
