Personalized retention services company Enteractive announced it has entered a new partnership with GiG Marketplace, a resource for clients of the full-service platform of iGaming technology company GiG.
The GiG Marketplace introduces approved third-party services to GiG clients, with integration made simple through a provider's positive and established relationship with GiG, a press release explains.
By joining GiG Marketplace, Enteractive aims to reach a new pool of clients that will benefit from the company's reactivation and retention services, by increasing bottom line revenues through elevated active player numbers.
Martin Collins, Director of Sales and Business Development at GiG, said: "GiG has a long list of partnerships that we have with third-party providers. With Enteractive, we know what a valuable resource they provide in retention and reactivation services, and we're more than happy to recommend their services to our partners."
Andrew Foster, Chief Business Officer at Enteractive, added: "Having worked closely with GiG's partners in the past, we're thrilled and honored to be included in the GiG Marketplace for their platform clients. That our services are recognized by one of the main leaders in the iGaming industry is credit to all the hard work that our teams have put in to develop our unique retention services."
With native-speaking call agents supporting iGaming brands across the globe, Enteractive claims to reactivate more than 13,000 players per month "for a variety of leading operators."
