Gaming technology provider Win Systems announced Thursday it has installed its WIGOS casino management system in the Gran Hotel Casino Extremadura of Grupo Orenes in Badajoz, Spain.
This new installation consolidates Grupo Orenes' commitment to WIGOS in their casinos in Spain and Mexico, as the tech company delivers "the most sophisticated WIGOS player tracking equipment in the Gran Hotel Casino Extremadura, in line with the strategy of Grupo Orenes to maximize the experience and loyalty of its customers."
Win Systems describes WIGOS as "a leader in casino management systems in cashless operations at a global level, as well as in casinos in Spain and Latin America," with strong growth in markets such as the United States and Europe.
"This has projected it as one of the most important casino management systems worldwide, connecting more than 100,000 machines in 380+ casinos in more than 20 countries around the world," the company assures.
Gregorio Hernández, Director of Casinos of Grupo Orenes, said: "Counting on Win Systems and its technological solutions is a guarantee of success. WIGOS helps us to continue growing and improving our customers' experience."
Eric Benchimol, CEO of Win Systems, added that, for the company, the Spanish market is a strategic priority "of the highest importance."
"We are working very hard to ensure that our systems enable operators to optimize the management of their casinos and arcades, and we are proud to have the continued confidence of a group of the importance and professionalism of Grupo Orenes," Benchimol added. "We will continue to give good news to the sector very soon, both in systems and in gaming machines and electronic roulettes."
The news comes after, earlier in November, Win Systems added Natalia Kostova as Sales Manager Europe - Systems Division: a role created for her to accelerate the growth of the WIGOS casino management system throughout Europe 'in the same way that it is growing throughout the American market.'
