With only a few days left until the global gaming industry reunites once again at ICE London (February 7 - 9, ExCel London), Yogonet held an exclusive interview with Vitali Matsukevich, Chief Operating Officer at SOFTSWISS, on the online casino and sports betting software provider's plans for the major event.
At stand N8-231, the business will be showcasing the "ecosystem" of its top-performing iGaming products, with company representatives at hand to discuss the advantages of the SOFTSWISS cross-product integration and the company's product and service offerings.
What will attendees approaching SOFTSWISS' booth at ICE London find?
We are pleased to bring our latest addition to the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, the Tournament Tool, to ICE London. It is an elaborate solution for configuring tournaments, leveraging games and game providers available for a casino. The multilevel functionality allows running various reach rounds, including local tournaments for one or several projects within the same casino, network tournaments, and SOFTSWISS network tournaments for SOFTSWISS clients only. Very soon it will become available for all our operators integrated via the Game Aggregator API.
We will also showcase our cross-product integrations, namely the last year’s winning combination of the Game Aggregator and the Sportsbook, and this year’s piping hot tandem of the Sportsbook and the Jackpot Aggregator. The latter, by the way, has recently welcomed its first client. We will demonstrate how the products interact with each other, and share the benefits of integrating our three high performers – the Game Aggregator, the Sportsbook and the Jackpot Aggregator – in one bundle, which we expect to go live later this year.
We want to spotlight the synergy our products create as a one-stop-shop solution. SOFTSWISS is building a connected ecosystem within its proposition to provide operators with a complete package of innovative solutions to successfully run their businesses.
Given ICE London’s status as one of the major global events in the industry, what are your expectations and objectives for the expo?
We have high expectations for this expo, probably the same as other major iGaming players. Last time we showcased at ICE London was before the pandemic, and this year we are coming back loud – with a large team, impressive stand, updated solutions, and being an exclusive partner to the industry’s most iconic Fire & Ice party.
We are looking forward to meeting our current and prospective partners during this largest iGaming trade show and welcoming all guests to our stand with vivid presentations catered to meet their interests.
For SOFTSWISS, ICE London is not simply an opportunity to show its worth, but also to scope out the peer proposition and the market in general. It’s a good ground to review the novelties, to understand our standing, closest competitors, and to adjust, where necessary, our further steps.
How would you describe the current demands from the industry and your clients? What markets will you focus on at the expo?
Major client demands include reliable and stable products that are technically easy to integrate and backed up by professional and, importantly, fast service, as the industry changes in no time. iGaming is evolving 24/7 so it is vital not only to track the change but also to adapt swiftly to fit this fast-changing environment. So, besides constantly advancing technologically, we do our best to offer our partners unique and unparalleled service. Our recent research proves that we are moving in the right direction, delivering great results. And it will only get better.
Speaking of our market focus, SOFTSWISS has a fairly broad product range that can be easily implemented in various markets, so we are open to all business opportunities. We have already gained a strong foothold in Europe and continue to consolidate there. We are expanding our presence in Latin America and Asia, working with many well-established regional operators and engaging local managers.
ICE London will be taking place the same week as the Fire & Ice iGaming event, for which the company has reached an exclusive partnership with the organizers. What can you tell us about that opportunity?
We are extremely happy to be teaming up with the Fire & Ice organizers to become part of this renowned and most anticipated industry event bringing together the brightest figures of our trade. This is going to be an exciting high-class show to enjoy with business partners and colleagues. The event has always been organised at the highest pitch, so we are confident that the grandeur of the 20th-anniversary celebration will go far beyond expectations.
What other industry events does the company plan to attend this year?
We’ve opened this year’s expo season by attending SiGMA Africa to introduce SOFTSWISS’ innovative solutions to the local gaming community. During the year, the company will attend all major industry events in full force (with a stand and a delegation – note), including the upcoming ICE London, as well as iGB Live, SBC Barcelona and SiGMA Europe. What is more, in 2023 we are expanding the list of events to cover Latin America, Asia, and Africa, working on our strong intent to grow into these markets.
