Elena Naumova, Business Development Manager at Amusnet Interactive, spoke exclusively to Yogonet about the company’s participation at ICE London, which is taking place this week, from Tuesday to Thursday at ExCel London. Naumova also explains Amusnet's plans for the year, the brand's approach to market expansion and what the industry is looking for at the moment.

What products is the company showcasing at ICE? What do attendees approaching the booth find?

The event is shaping up to be the biggest in its history, with a record-breaking number of over 35,000 visitors anticipated to participate. The ICE London 2023 will gather numerous companies from the gaming and gambling industry, providing a platform to showcase the latest offerings and innovations.

Given ICE London’s status as one of the major global events in the industry, what are your expectations and objectives for the expo?

As a participant in one of the largest and most influential events in the gambling industry, our expectations for ICE London 2023 are high. With an expected attendance of over 35,000 visitors this year, the expo presents a tremendous opportunity for networking and exposure. Our objective is to showcase our products and services to a wider audience and connect with key players in the industry to establish new relationships and build on existing ones.

In terms of impact on our business strategy, ICE London will play a significant role in helping us further our reach and growth. We believe that the expo provides a platform for us to showcase our latest developments and demonstrate our commitment to delivering top-quality gambling experiences. Furthermore, the chances of building connections and working together with other industry pioneers will aid us in staying current and advancing our position.

How would you describe the industry’s and your client’s current demands at the time? What markets will you focus on in 2023?

The current demands from the gambling industry and our clients are constantly evolving and adapting to new trends and technologies. With the increasing popularity of online gambling and the proliferation of mobile devices, our clients are looking for engaging and seamless gaming experiences that can be accessed from anywhere, anytime. They also demand transparency, security, and innovation in both the games offered and the technology behind them.

In terms of our focus for 2023, we plan to continue growing in our existing markets, while also expanding into new territories, particularly in Latin America, South Africa, and new regulated regions of Argentina. These regions present a significant growth opportunity for us, and we are closely monitoring the regulatory developments in countries such as Peru, and Brazil.

Ahead of ICE, the company has already participated in an event this year – SiGMA Africa, which took place in a continent where, in many countries, online gambling is still in its infancy. How does Amusnet approach expansion in emerging markets?

We constantly make efforts to stay at the forefront of emerging markets, and Africa is no exception. Our recent participation in SiGMA Africa allowed us to gain valuable insights into the African market and assess the potential for growth. Our approach to expansion in these emerging markets is to proceed strategically and cautiously, taking into account local regulations, cultural differences, and consumer demands.

We understand that the African market is still in its infancy in terms of online gambling, but we also see a huge potential for growth. Our focus is on delivering high-quality gaming experiences and offering a diverse portfolio of products that meet the local market’s needs. Another company goal is to work closely with local partners and regulators to ensure that we are able to grow sustainably and contribute to the development of the industry in these markets.

What other industry events does the company plan to attend this year?
