International Game Technology (IGT) announced Wednesday that its Wheel of Fortune, Megabucks, and Powerbucks slots awarded three jackpots totaling more than $17 million in April.
The company reported that on April 2, a Megabucks slots player won $14,005,833 playing Megabucks Mega Vault at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada, the city's largest slots jackpot to date.

On April 15, a Wheel of Fortune slots player won CAD 3,217,900 ($2,386,121) playing Wheel of Fortune Double Times Pay 3X 4X 5X at Casino Woodbine in Ontario, Canada, the brand's biggest land-based jackpot in the country.
Meanwhile, on April 28, an online Powerbucks slots player won CAD 1,728,271 ($1,281,538) playing Wheel of Fortune Elegant Emeralds in Quebec, Canada.
IGT Powerbucks slots have paid 47 jackpots of $1 million or more since their Canadian debut in 2016, the company notes. Wheel of Fortune slots have minted over 1,100 millionaires and awarded over $3.4 billion in jackpots since their launch in 1996. In March, the company awarded two jackpots totaling more than $4.5 million.
