Pragmatic Play releases latest online slot Pirates Pub

iGaming content provider Pragmatic Play announced the release of its latest slot, called Pirates Pub. The game, which challenges players "to sail to unknown waters," aims to capture the thrill and theatrics of pirate life.

Played across 5×3 reels, symbols including swords, pirate hats and golden coins must form a matching combination across nine paylines to unlock a win. These are joined by a Scatter Wild which substitutes for all other symbols in the game, making it easier for players to create wins.

At least three Scatter Wilds are required to gain access to the free spins round, with additional Scatters granting more spins up to a maximum of 15.

Here, the positions of the Scatter Wilds that triggered the bonus are marked by a frame, and any additional wilds landed on the gameboard during the bonus will also be marked. If a Wild lands on an existing frame, its multiplier is increased by 1x up to a maximum of 5x.

At the end of the free spins round, a second stage of the bonus round is triggered. This can grant up to five additional spins, where all frames previously created are transformed into sticky Wilds or sticky multiplier Wilds.

If numerous multiplier Wilds help form a win, the value of the multipliers are added together before being applied. 

Pirates Pub offers players a buildable initial bonus where their progression carries over to a second round, providing more winning potential.
