Zitro has held a special event where the company's technology campus in Barcelona, Spain was visited by members of both the National and Autonomous Police, which had the opportunity to learn in detail about the creation process behind each of the firm's casino products.

The visit was led by David Calvete, Chief of the Gambling and Betting Control Service of the National Police; Imanol Fuentes, Chief of the Gaming and Entertainment Unit of the Ertzaintza; Antoni Milla, Chief of the Central Area of Administrative Police; Xavier Salvadó, Chief of the Central Unit of Games and Entertainment of the Mossos d’Esquadra; and Josep Royo, Deputy Chief of the Central Unit of Games and Entertainment of the Mossos d’Esquadra.

Members of the police were able to visit the different departments that work in Zitro's Technology Campus in Barcelona, which is exclusively focused on RTD activities. The police officials were accompanied during their visit by Manuela Jiménez, Zitro Vice President; Marta Cuesta, Vice President of Product and Development; and Cristina García, Director of Institutional Relations.

Software development for video slot and video bingo games, in addition to hardware design and gaming projects for Zitro Digital – the company's iGaming division –, are carried out on the Technology Campus.

The building is also home to state-of-the-art video and sound recording studios for both the gaming machines and for communication with media; as well as a sector dedicated to the assembly and quality control of Zitro's machines.

Manuela Jiménez expressed gratitude for the visit, stating: “We are very grateful to the police for their interest in getting to know our Technological Campus, where our team conceives ideas that we later transform into incredible products thanks to the cutting-edge technology we handle."

Cristina García added: “We are very pleased to receive visits like this, which encourage us to continue building the future of the industry and are a testament to the dialogue and willingness of both public institutions and the private sector."
