Kirkland-based operator Maverick Gaming has announced its latest acquisition, the All-Star Lanes & Casino located in Silverdale, Washington.
All-Star features table games, poker, 40 bowling lanes, an arcade, a diner, drive-thru espresso, and full-service dining experiences. As one of the major employers in Kitsap County, All-Star currently employs over 150 individuals.
The addition of All-Star to Maverick Gaming's portfolio is expected to further strengthen the company's presence in the Washington market. Established in 1985, All-Star Lanes & Casino has become a popular local entertainment center, offering a wide range of attractions and amenities.
Eric Persson, Chief Executive Officer and majority owner of Maverick Gaming, expressed his enthusiasm for the acquisition. He stated: "Maverick Gaming is proud of its ongoing investment in local communities and jobs across our state. We all look forward to building partnerships with the community of Silverdale, supporting family wage jobs, and investing in a great local entertainment center."
Maverick Gaming said the acquisition of All-Star Lanes & Casino aligns with its commitment to responsible gaming practices. As part of its problem gambling policies, the operator will integrate All-Star into its company-wide self-exclusion program for its Washington properties.
With the addition of All-Star, Maverick Gaming now owns and operates a total of 23 neighborhood card rooms throughout Washington State. Adding its Nevada and Colorado properties, the company owns and operates a portfolio of 31 properties with over 1,800 slot machines, 350 table games, 1,020 hotel rooms, and 30 restaurants.
