California's Graton Resort & Casino launches new mobile app for enhanced cashless experience

Graton Resort & Casino in Sonoma County, California, is introducing a new mobile app allowing its guests access to personalized offers and rewards, in addition to tracking funds for slot play. Billed as "the first of its kind" in Northern California, the resort's app aims to provide patrons with "a truly cashless solution" for visiting the resort.

The key features of the Graton App, which bills itself as "a turnkey cashless solution for hassle-free slot play," include:

• Access to Resort Wallet, a cashless solution for players, built into the app.
• Graton Rewards offers and promotions throughout the resort, personalized for guests. There are various ways to redeem awards (slots, hotel, spa & salon, resort-style pool, gift shop merchandise discounts).
• Graton Wallet and Fast Funds for those who qualify. Fast Funds requires a soft credit check and does not impact a credit score.
• Easily transfer cash, free play and credits while also tracking and generating player loyalty bonuses.
• Individualized promotional offers for Graton dining (including 630 Steakhouse, the resort’s fine dining destination) and entertainment at The Event.

Guests can now download the app on Google Play or the App Store for free. Patrons that sign up for the Rewards Program receive free slot play upon joining, notes the resort.
