Snoqualmie Casino has announced the launch of the first "Las Vegas-style" large progressive point spread contest in Washington State. The Beat the Pigskin Challenge will be offered throughout the 2023 football season, wherein the competition guarantees the overall winner $100,000, with the opportunity for the winnings to grow higher depending on the total number of entrants.

Interested players can register at Snoqualmie Casino’s Sportsbook, and with a $1,000 buy-in participants can select up to five picks against the spread each week starting August 29th, until the final game of the regular season.

The casino does not take a rake, and starting September 9th, participants will be able to track their rank online. As per the casino, once the contest reaches 100 participants, the prize will continue to grow, ultimately paying up to $5,000 in prizes to 40 winners.

“Our casino is always looking for new ways to enhance the gaming experience for its guests,” said Stanford Le, Snoqualmie Casino CEO. “The Beat the Spread Pigskin Challenge is a way for our guests to test their football knowledge and compete against others for a really attractive and continually-growing prize pool.”

Snoqualmie Casino's website notes that an early bird drawing is currently live until August 17th, giving players the chance to earn up to 25 entries. It will also give participants the opportunity to win field seats and pregame sideline passes. One competitor will win two tickets and sideline passes to the Seattle football home opener on September 10th.
