The slot is inspired by the popular Wheel of Fortune TV program, which reaches more than 25 million weekly viewers. Trademarked as America’s Game, it has earned seven Emmy Awards including a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Game/Audience Participation Show.
Back in June, IGT's Wheel of Fortune and Powerbucks slots awarded three million-dollar-plus jackpots over the month in North America. Lucky players in Las Vegas and New Brunswick and Ontario, Canada, were the ones to receive the millionaire prizes.
