Both Flutter’s PokerStars and Paddy Power brands are spearheading online satellite tournaments for the forthcoming Irish Poker Open (IPO) tour set to resume in March 2024. This marks the second consecutive year of their involvement in hosting these events.

As official co-sponsors of the IPO tour, PokerStars and Paddy Power's participation was anticipated, especially considering their successful management of satellites in the previous year.

However, what makes this year distinctive is the extensive participation of the entire iPoker network. Alongside the two Flutter brands, iPoker has collectively endorsed the event, launching a satellite campaign across nearly 20 skins on the Playtech poker network.

The Irish Poker Open expressed its enthusiasm in a press release, stating: “The addition of iPoker’s satellite schedule means that players from across Europe and beyond now have even more chances to qualify for the 2024 Main Event for just a few euros."

"This collaboration with PokerStars, Paddy Power, and iPoker promises to make the 2024 Irish Poker Open one of the most exciting and accessible events to date.”

The Irish Poker Open, known as Europe’s longest-running poker tour, has consistently enjoyed the support of major online poker operators. Online satellites for the Irish Poker Open 2024 are already underway, and players have multiple opportunities to secure their seats in the Main Event.

PokerStars guarantees a massive 20 seats each week, distributed across different days. Meanwhile, the iPoker Network hosts guaranteed seats every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with buy-ins starting from $54.6 (€50) and $109.33 (€100). Additionally, special packages that include a $1257.2 (€1150) Main Event Ticket and $1202.6 (€1100) Spending Money are guaranteed every Sunday.

The feeders for these satellite tournaments are designed to be accessible for players with varying budgets, with some starting as low as $0.011(€0.01). The collaboration aims to make participation in the 2024 Irish Poker Open more exciting and accessible.
