Coljuegos, the Colombian gaming regulator, published the list of the 15 online gaming platforms that have an operating contract in force and, therefore, are the only ones authorized to operate in the country.
"We want players to have clarity about which portals are operating legally. In this way, we seek to provide them with security when placing their bets online", said the President of Coljuegos, Marco Emilio Hincapié.
As explained by the entity, among the novelties for the year 2024 is the change of name of the Betfair platform, which now operates as Stake Colombia S.A.S. on the website www.stake.com.co.
They also informed that the Mozzart Bet platform ended its concession contract and is currently in the process of liquidation. "Therefore, this is no longer a portal authorized by Coljuegos", Hincapié stated.

Likewise, Coljuegos announced that online games paid around COP 317,977 million ($82 million) for operating rights during 2023. In addition, it is expected that for the present period, these transfers will amount to COP 356,403 million ($92 million).
"These resources were earmarked to provide health services to low-income Colombians. Therefore, we invite all players to bet legally, since this represents both a protection for their investments and a benefit for the citizens affiliated with the subsidized regime", explained the head of Coljuegos.
