SOFTSWISS wins double honors at Malta's Gaming Excellence Awards 2024

iGaming software provider SOFTSWISS has won Best Customer Service Support and Best Crypto Service Provider at Malta's Gaming Excellence Awards 2024.

Due to its location and concentration of iGaming companies, Malta's Gaming Excellence Awards has become an important industry event, recognizing companies and individuals who continually innovate and improve the industry.

SOFTSWISS won the Best Crypto Service Provider award for its comprehensive Crypto Casino Solution. This platform boasts features like player management, bonusing, gamification, and reporting. Supporting major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, and Tether, it offers secure crypto processing, crypto gambling consulting, and in-game currency conversion possibilities.

The Best Customer Service Support award was bestowed upon SOFTSWISS for its achievements in client services enhancement. In Q1 2024, the Managed Service's Anti-Fraud team helped clients save EUR 4.3 million ($4.59 million). The introduction of a proprietary Responsible Gaming Risk Scoring Tool, which uses machine learning algorithms to detect gaming violations, is among the innovations implemented by Managed Services.
