DAZN Bet joins German Sports Betting Association

DAZN Bet has joined the German Sports Betting Association (DSWV) as its newest associate member. With DAZN Bet's membership, the sports betting union reiterated its commitment to modernizing the regulated German market with "innovative digital providers."

"With DAZN Bet, we have another digital sports betting provider in the association that helps to ensure the standards for player protection in the German betting environment. We are delighted to welcome the team to the ranks of the DSWV," said Mathias Dahms, President of the DSWV.

DAZN Bet, a recent entrant into the German sports betting market, aims to provide sports bettors with a comprehensive alternative for placing wagers. The company's leadership sees the membership as a significant step toward a safer and more regulated betting environment.

Last month, iGaming content provider Pragmatic Play expanded its partnership with DAZN Bet to supply its Sportsbook solution to the betting operator in Germany. DAZN Bet was awarded a German license after a collaboration with Pragmatic Solutions that helped in the operator's entry into the market.
