Evolution launches ambitious new live game show Lightning Storm

B2B online casino solutions provider Evolution has announced the launch of its latest live game show, Lightning Storm, which premiered at ICE 2024. Described as the company's biggest and most ambitious project to date, Lightning Storm features a DigiWheel-based main game and five bonus games.

Leveraging innovations from Evolution’s live game show category, Lightning Storm follows in the footsteps of the company's first title, Dream Catcher, launched in 2017. It also builds on the success of the award-winning Lightning Roulette and other popular titles such as Crazy Time and Funky Time. The game blends live action and RNG (random number generator) gameplay, a hallmark of Evolution's Lightning family of games.

Set in a dark, mad-scientist laboratory, Lightning Storm offers players instant payouts, initial multipliers, and bonus games filled with enhanced multipliers. The live host spins a 39-segment DigiWheel, offering players a chance at instant cash wins or access to one of five bonus games: Hot Spot, Monster Mash, Battery Charger, Fireball, and Lightning Storm.

These bonus games immerse players in various challenges, from guessing the hottest spot on a multiplier wall to creating a Frankenstein-inspired monster carrying multipliers. Other games include supercharging multipliers via a conveyor belt of batteries, launching a Fireball onto a multiplier grid, and a finale where winnings can multiply up to 20,000 times the bet in the Lightning Storm bonus game.
