Wynn Las Vegas ranks 8th highest in the country with friendliest staff in latest casino survey
Analysts with Online United States Casinos reviewed data to find which casinos had high-ranking customer service. Wynn Las Vegas, which was found to have the friendliest staff, came in at the 8th highest in the country, with an index score of 60.8/100.
Coming in at number one overall in the United States was the Horseshoe Casino in Baltimore, Maryland, scoring 83.8/100. Meanwhile, the Bellagio and Palazzo, ranked 17th and 24th overall.
While reviewers noted Wynn Las Vegas for its beautiful ambiance and decor, others mentioned that the higher price point for amenities makes it less accessible for budget-conscious travelers.
To rank the casinos, several factors were considered, including:
- The total number of reviews
- The reviews mentioning staff
- Reviews that were 4-star and 5-star mentioning the staff
- The percentage of positive reviews
Using these factors, each casino was given a score out of 100 on how good their service and staff are, analysts say.
