DraftKings launches upgraded loyalty program Dynasty Rewards

Sports betting giant DraftKings has unveiled its revamped loyalty program, Dynasty Rewards, aimed at enhancing customer engagement for both DraftKings and Golden Nugget Online Casino players. The new program features an upgraded Elite Rewards Gifts and Experience Catalog, exclusive to Elite Dynasty Rewards members, offering luxury appliances, performance scooters, and experiences.

Chika Chandrashekar, Vice President of Loyalty and Experiences at DraftKings, said: “As a customer-centric brand, we are always looking for new ways to best serve our customers and Dynasty Rewards was created to deliver unforgettable, customizable experiences and gifting opportunities for our players."

Under the Dynasty Rewards program, players can earn credits for every dollar spent using DraftKings and Golden Nugget products. These credits can be redeemed for contest entries, catalog purchases, or currency. The program also includes a tier-level system designed to enhance earning opportunities for rewards.

To celebrate the launch, DraftKings hosted a preview event in New York, showcasing the new loyalty program and its gifting options. The event, hosted by Trey Wingo from DraftKings Network, provided invited guests with an exclusive first look at the rewards.

In addition to the new program, DraftKings has expanded its roster of brand ambassadors, recently signing NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. Shaq joins a star-studded lineup that includes fellow ambassadors LeBron James and MLB legend David Ortiz.
