The SiGMA Europe B2B Awards, sponsored by BetConstruct and hosted by Trudy Kerr and Mark Borg, took place on Monday with a gala ceremony that celebrated excellence across the global gaming industry.
The ceremony was a particularly special one, as it marks the company’s official 10-year celebration. The anniversary saw a special commemorative cake brought out on stage, which was ceremonially cut by CEO Emily Micallef and Founder Eman Pulis.
The evening featured a major announcement, unveiling new destinations and dates for SiGMA’s flagship events: SiGMA Central Europe heads to Milan in November, while SiGMA Euro-Med (formerly East Europe) shifts its Budapest show to a September date.

Held at the Grandmaster Suite at the Hilton Malta, the event welcomed nearly 700 guests for an evening of awards, entertainment, and philanthropy. Twenty-six awards were presented, recognizing achievements within the industry.
Illusionist Steve Carlin and French magician Moulla entertained guests during the night. Carlin captivated the audience with an act combining the art of illusion with the spirit of the casino, featuring a poker chip performance and a playful live pickpocketing stunt.
Known for his award-winning shows 'Décroche' and 'Miracles,' Moulla brought his signature blend of magic and innovation to the stage. His 'Augmented Magic' blended technology and illusion, as he transformed the SiGMA logo into a new version celebrating the milestone anniversary and amazed guests with an interactive trick that saw a live photo appear on a guest’s phone.
