DRGT gears up for ICE 2025 Barcelona with range of player-centric solutions

Global casino management systems and jackpot technology supplier DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) will head to Spain in January for the first ICE Barcelona edition following the event’s relocation from London.

Following a deal to supply a management systems suite and wide-area jackpot for Bulgaria’s Efbet in November, DRGT now announces it is gearing up for ICE 2024 with a focus on its "Player First" approach. The company plans to highlight its jackpots, cashless technology, and marketing and bonusing solutions during the event.  

A key feature of the showcase will be the drFloorManager software, first introduced at G2E in October. The tool has since been refined based on operator feedback, including input from the Merit Group after its implementation at Merit Royal Casino in Northern Cyprus earlier this year.

The drFloorManager software allows casino operators to monitor their gaming floors in real-time. Through an interactive floor map, operators can view the performance of individual slot machines and tables, as well as track player activity. The tool also provides historical data, enabling operators to analyze game performance and identify opportunities to engage and reward players effectively.  

Assessment of gameplay performance led the company to develop drAnalytics, a web-based application that empowers operators to understand both their players and the products they offer to them. The solution comes with customizable dashboards,  comparison functionality, autocomplete formulae and live previews, among other tools.

"We showcased drAnalytics at BEGE in Sofia at the end of November, and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. Merit Royal has shared its impressions following the recent installation, along with similar input from our sister Infiniti casinos in Mexico and Belgium," said DRGT CEO Marco Herrera.

"Users appreciate the seamless navigation through various layers of the application, as well as the ability to set date and time parameters for specific players, products, or groups. The user interface itself has received high praise, and the associated KPIs and filters have been highlighted as standout features."

The 3rd new application that will be ‘front and centre’ at booth 3D35 will be the company’s latest iOS and Android drPlayerApp iteration. It leverages the outcomes of the drAnalytics reports to engage ‘one-on-one’ with players, as well as provide a solution to drive cashless ‘tap and play’ gaming, player rewards, promotions, and bonusing. 

DRGT will showcase its latest gaming solutions at ICE 2025, held at Fira Barcelona Gran Via, from January 20 to 22. The company will present its range of innovations at booth 3D35, located opposite Light & Wonder and adjacent to Merkur Gaming.
