Latin America (LatAm) offered a significant opportunity for growth for the Digitain brand in 2024, and we are excited to have formed several promising partnerships in the region, including our collaboration with Colombo Sport in the Dominican Republic.

To support our expansion, our multi-channel platform, Centrivo Dynamics, delivers retail cashier solutions specifically designed for LatAm, where traditional gambling practices are deeply embedded in the cultural fabric. This flexibility allows us to customize and localize our solutions at the product level, facilitating effective implementation across web, mobile, app, and retail platforms. As a result, we can enhance the management of the relationship between local betting brands and their players.

Our commitment is to build a strong presence in the region and foster lasting relationships with our partners. Looking ahead to 2025, we are planning to establish a hub office in Latin America, which will further strengthen our engagement with this dynamic and rapidly growing market.

What can we expect from the company in 2025? And what are the main challenges and opportunities you see in the gaming industry in the upcoming 12-month period?

Our brand continues to grow, and this differentiates us. Our modular technology allows operators to bolt on their own personalized front ends and native apps. Whilst we are always innovating our front ends and localizing them for new markets, we are aware that some of the Tier 1 operators need that total flexibility and this differentiates us from some of our smaller competitors, and therefore we shall continue to innovate our solutions for these market requirements.

Sports betting is also rapidly evolving into a more social experience, driven by the needs of today’s players who crave more than just a basic transactional encounter. To truly engage these digital bettors, it’s vital to develop tools and features that create a strong sense of community and relevance. At Digitain, we are passionately committed to this mission.

Understanding that players have diverse needs at various stages of the betting lifecycle, we recognize that providing compelling content before placing bets is increasingly essential. This content can include valuable educational resources on sports betting, featuring statistics, tips, strategies, and insights that enhance the overall user experience.
