2024 is behind us, but 2025 is already here, with all the challenges and trials that an industry such as the gaming industry implies. The growth of iGaming does not stop and its main players know it will be a key year to consolidate their position in this market.
Yogonet had an exclusive conversation with End2End's Business Development Manager Pablo Bonifacich, who shared his views on the company's standing in the iGaming industry. The current industry outlook, its Multiplayer Bingo product, and the prospecting of new markets and innovations are some of the topics that the executive discusses below.
How does End2End plan to differentiate itself in such a competitive iGaming market?
On the one hand, the robustness of our product's technology allows almost unlimited scalability, enabling Bingo games with thousands of players and hundreds of thousands of lottery tickets simultaneously without compromising performance. We work hard to ensure that the user experience mirrors that of a physical Bingo hall while taking advantage of the benefits of technology. Features such as #Chat, live streaming of draws, a new feature to claim prizes, and multi-level jackpots, among many others, make us stand out.
Unlike slot or video bingo games, which operate "autonomously", success in Multiplayer Bingo requires defining a strategy, monitoring it, and making adjustments. In this regard, we collaborate closely with operators, sharing our team's extensive experience. The combination of technology and service is what sets us apart from other products and suppliers.
What technological innovations are you exploring or implementing to improve the user experience on your platforms?
Last year we introduced innovations in the Online Lottery games. We have refined aspects of the visual design and player interaction, and this year we can launch them with any operator. The big news is that both Bingo and lottery games are integrated through the same API, allowing operators already integrated with Bingo to have instant access to lottery games.
In addition, we are introducing our Gaming Platform (PAM), specifically designed to serve operators who focus exclusively on Bingo and/or Lottery, but are also capable of handling all types of games and verticals.
What are the company's main objectives and expectations for 2025?
Our main objective is to consolidate our current operations and, of course, to grow. We intend to expand with existing operators and attract new customers. The Brazilian market currently stands out as one of the most promising, especially for bingo, while the Latin American, Asian, and Central and Eastern European markets offer multiple opportunities.
The Latin American, Asian, and Central and Eastern European markets offer multiple opportunities. We have recently launched the first Online Bingo in the Czech Republic in partnership with Tipsport and Loterie Maxa.
We will be at ICE 2025 at booth 2A27, ready to answer any questions or concerns. You can also contact us through our website.
