PENN Entertainment and ESPN on Thursday announced that ten additional retail sportsbooks at key PENN properties will be rebranded to ESPN BET Sportsbook in early 2025, subject to all regulatory approvals. The move increases the total number of ESPN BET-branded sportsbooks at PENN properties to 19.
The new ESPN BET locations will serve customers across Pennsylvania, Colorado, Ohio, Iowa, Indiana, and West Virginia under PENN's Hollywood and Ameristar Casino brands.
The list of properties that will be rebranded as ESPN BET Sportsbook includes:
PENN's existing ESPN BET retail locations span properties in Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, and Ohio. The ESPN BET sportsbook, currently available for online sports betting in 19 states, combines ESPN's brand and multiplatform reach with PENN's prior sports betting expertise.
Earlier in December, PENN Entertainment announced the launch of its stand-alone Hollywood Casino app in Pennsylvania. Built on PENN’s proprietary technology platform, Hollywood Casino offers over 700 iCasino games, daily promotions, and jackpots.
Available on Android, iOS, and desktop, customers in the Keystone State can now access Hollywood Casino through either the ESPN BET app or the new Hollywood Casino app using their same ESPN BET login credentials, allowing for seamless play across PENN’s online betting and casino platforms.
