PENN Entertainment launches standalone Hollywood Casino app in Michigan

PENN Entertainment has announced the launch of its standalone Hollywood Casino app in Michigan, enhancing its digital presence in the state. The app is available for download on Android, iOS, and desktop, offering customers access to Hollywood Casino’s offerings through seamless integration with their ESPN BET login credentials.  

The app provides a wide selection of online slots, table games, and live dealer content, including exclusive live dealer tables and a user-friendly "Casino Floor" lobby. Players can also try games developed by PENN Game Studios, PENN’s in-house casino game development studio, including titles like Legendary Larry and Wuji Mines.  

This launch bolsters the Hollywood Casino brand in Michigan, complementing the company’s Hollywood Casino at Greektown in downtown Detroit. The new platform integrates with the Greektown property, featuring branded live dealer blackjack tables and digital versions of slot games available at the physical casino.  

The Michigan launch follows the app's debut in Pennsylvania last December. PENN plans to expand Hollywood Casino to additional jurisdictions in 2025, pending regulatory approval.  

The Hollywood Casino app and ESPN BET platform offer Responsible Gaming tools, including time, deposit, and wagering limits, as part of PENN’s commitment to safe and responsible gaming.
