Atlaslive expands presence in Brazil and prepares to launch new Sportsbook feature

With SBC Summit Rio 2025 on the horizon, we caught up with Nelli Melik, CSO at Atlaslive, to talk about the company’s journey and what’s coming next. Over the past year, Atlaslive has secured key certifications in Brazil, rolled out new features, and earned industry recognition.

In this exclusive chat, Nelli shares how the company is driving player engagement, expanding in Latin America, and introducing a Sportsbook update that’s set to shake up the market.

Atlaslive had an incredible year! The platform secured all the necessary certifications to meet Brazil’s new regulations, developed new features and tools, won Silver in the Rising Star in the Sports Betting category at SBC Awards Latinoamérica 2024, and formed multiple new partnerships. What’s the secret behind achieving all this?

First and foremost, it’s all about the team. We always say that Atlaslive is the tech behind the game, but at the core of that tech is the people creating it. We've built a strong team by bringing in the right talent and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed. That’s been a key element in how we operate.

Another big factor is that our platform is truly data-driven. Every decision we make, whether it’s about daily operations or long-term strategy, is based on data, and we see how much of a game-changer that is for us.

What’s next for the company? Are there any immediate or long-term goals you can share?

Our focus remains the same — being a leading B2B iGaming software provider by steadily developing and adapting our solutions to different regions, partners, and player needs. Customization is very important for us.

Currently, we’re actively expanding our presence in Latin America and growing our team. This process started last year when our platform completed GLI certification, ISO compliance, and other key evaluations, proving its reliability and market readiness. Now, we’re accelerating these efforts and fully launching operations in the region. One of our biggest priorities at the moment is opening a local office in Brazil, which is happening very soon.

On the product side, we’re in the final stages of testing a new Sportsbook feature that we’ll be announcing soon. It’s an exciting addition that will bring more interactivity to live betting and enhance the overall betting experience.

Looking ahead, we plan to develop our platform even more and enhance it with new smart tech upgrades. And trust me, there’s plenty more to come.
