SAGSE authorities announced an agreement with COPA Airlines, through which those attending SAGSE Central America and Caribbean 2025 will be able to obtain their tickets at a 15% discount and make a stopover at no additional cost.
According to the information provided, the aforementioned discounts and benefits will be applied to those who fly between May 1 and 13, 2025, to Panama City, and use the code C9460.
Authorities also noted that this code has already been loaded into the Copa Airlines system for use, both in direct channels and at the company's call center and sales offices.
Copa Airlines' Panama Stopover program allows for a stopover in Panama at no additional cost to the airfare. The stopover can be for a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum of 7 days, facilitating the logistics of all business people traveling in the region during that period.
Alan Burak, Vice President of Monografie, said: "We are working very hard to make this new edition of SAGSE in Panama the most attractive business and meeting scenario among the main regulators, operators, and suppliers of Central America and the Caribbean. To the institutional support that we announced a few days ago by the Gaming Control Board, we add this important agreement with COPA Airlines, which supports our trajectory in a country where we have achieved great conventions, and where we will hold this year our 16th edition of SAGSE."
This week, the Executive Secretary of Panama's Gaming Control Board (JCJ), Ventura Vega Batista, announced the institutional support to SAGSE Central America and Caribbean 2025, an event to be held at the Sortis Hotel Casino & Convention Center.
"The gaming sector is an important pillar for the Panamanian economy and represents a key opportunity to promote the responsible and regulated development of the industry in our region. SAGSE Central America and Caribbean is an event that highlights Panama's potential as a gaming HUB, and from the Gaming Control Board we fully support this initiative that promotes innovation, investment, and international cooperation," said Vega Batista.
Finally, the organizers announced that SAGSE will gather more than 1,500 attendees in Panama, and will count on the participation of the industry's main players, who will present technological innovations, market trends, and business opportunities.
