As Zitro gears up for April's Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention (IGA) in San Diego, Derik Mooberry, CEO of Zitro USA, shared insights into the company’s latest innovations and strategic growth across the U.S. market in an exclusive interview with Yogonet. With a commitment to delivering premium gaming experiences, Zitro will showcase its newest CONCEPT cabinet line at IGA, an addition that reinforces the company’s dedication to cutting-edge technology and player engagement.

What can you tell us about the upcoming edition of the Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention (IGA)? What opportunities does this event open for Zitro, and what should attendees expect from the company's participation at the show?

The upcoming edition of the Indian Gaming Tradeshow & Convention (IGA) holds great significance for Zitro, as it is one of the most anticipated marketing events of the year for our team in the United States. Over the past three years, Zitro has experienced remarkable growth, and a large part of that success can be attributed to the strong support and partnerships we've built with Native American casinos across the country.

IGA presents an invaluable opportunity for us to continue nurturing these relationships and explore new avenues for expansion. We are excited to return to San Diego with an impressive showcase of our latest innovations, highlighting our commitment to delivering world-class gaming experiences.

Zitro is set to showcase the new CONCEPT cabinet line at IGA alongside an array of new slot content. Please tell us more about the new line and its reception thus far. What sets this product apart on the gaming floor?

Zitro's lineup at IGA is our most exciting to date, featuring the new CONCEPT cabinet line alongside our popular GLARE cabinets. The CONCEPT cabinets were first unveiled at G2E last fall, and we've been actively taking orders since the beginning of the year. It's our brightest, boldest, and best cabinet yet. We’ll showcase two variations: the Concept Prime, with a stunning 55-inch single screen, and the Concept Deluxe, featuring three 32-inch monitors. Both cabinets feature our Magic Lighting system, offering an immersive gaming experience that will capture attention.

We’ll also present seven-game families, each with multiple sub-themes and diverse graphics and math models. We’re especially excited about Legendary Sword, which has seen tremendous success in Latin America and is currently the top-performing new game, according to Eilers & Krejcik’s latest performance reports.

Can you tell us a bit more about how the company's solutions cater to the needs of the U.S. market and Zitro's expansion story in the country?

Zitro's growth in the U.S. has been remarkable, with our machines now installed in over 110 casinos across the country. Casino patrons have well received our products, and we’re excited to continue diversifying casino floors with our slot machines. At IGA, attendees will also have the chance to explore how Zitro’s products cater to the specific needs of the U.S. market, supporting both player engagement and casino operations as we expand further in the region.

IGA is the largest gathering of tribal leaders in North America. What can you tell us about Zitro's relationship with US tribal operators specifically? With many tribal jurisdictions seeing significant growth recently, what role can partnerships in the tribal space play in Zitro's roadmap for the US?

Our strong relationships with tribal operators have driven Zitro’s growth in the U.S. We are proud to have our products installed across nearly all tribal markets nationwide. As many tribal jurisdictions continue to experience significant growth, we understand that providing high-performing games is key to strengthening these partnerships. When our games perform strongly, tribal operators reward us with additional placements, vital in our continued expansion in the U.S. market.

Looking beyond IGA, can you share with us some other plans and prospects for the months ahead? What does the roadmap look like for Zitro USA regarding launching CONCEPT in gaming floors across the country, and breaking into new casinos and states?

In the coming months, we will focus on the launch of the CONCEPT cabinets, with several casinos already set to go live with the product before IGA. The demand for CONCEPT has exceeded our expectations, and we’re excited to introduce a range of new themes to casino floors, including Legendary Sword, Lucky Vault, Cash Totems, and Triple Charm Journey, among others.

We believe combining these high-performing themes and the innovative CONCEPT cabinets will fuel our growth throughout 2025 as we continue to expand into new markets, launch in new casinos, and enter additional states.
