The Association of Gaming Equipment Manufacturers (AGEM) has announced the election of its new board of directors and chair during the organization’s 2025 Annual Meeting.
Ryan Comstock, Chief Operating Officer at Ainsworth Game Technology, was elected as AGEM Chair.
Comstock, who previously served as AGEM Treasurer, succeeds Robert “Bob” Parente and will serve a two-year term leading the international trade association that represents manufacturers and suppliers of electronic gaming devices, systems, and components.
Parente, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer at Light & Wonder, will continue to serve on the AGEM Board as Treasurer for a one-year term.

Additionally, AGEM also approved the creation of new positions for a forthcoming AGEM Europe Committee designee and an ex-officio/non-voting representative from Global Gaming Women.
These roles are expected to be filled in the coming months and are part of AGEM’s ongoing commitment to broadening perspectives and fostering inclusion within the global gaming supplier community.
