Macau’s gaming regulator has approved 26 gaming machine manufacturers and distributors to operate in 2025, according to the latest Official Gazette publication. The number represents one addition from 2024, signaling continued expansion in the city’s gaming supply sector.
The list includes major international players such as Aristocrat, Light & Wonder, IGT, Konami, and Sega Sammy Creation, alongside distributors including RGB Ltd and Asia Pioneer Entertainment.
Among this year’s notable additions are Empire Technological Group, which secured DICJ licensing in May 2024, and ACP, licensed in December 2024.
However, FBM and the Czech Republic’s SYNOT Group, both included in last year’s approvals, are absent from the 2025 list. No official reason for their omission has been provided.
The 26 approved licensees will hold valid permits until March 31, 2026. Under Administrative Regulation No. 26/2012, licensed manufacturers can supply gaming machines to Macau’s casino operators. They may also, with DICJ approval, showcase non-commercial gaming machines for training or exhibition purposes.
Macau’s gaming regulator traditionally publishes the annual list each March in the Official Gazette.
