Station Casinos has been honored with the 2025 USA TODAY Top Workplaces award, ranking 76th among organizations with 150 or more employees. The award recognizes companies that have cultivated "exceptional, people-first cultures."
This year, over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate, with winners celebrated for their dedication to fostering environments that prioritize employee engagement and listening. The winners were announced online and at the National Awards Summit in Las Vegas.
The selection process involved employee feedback collected through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, the HR research and technology company behind the Top Workplaces program since 2006. The survey assessed Workplace Experience Themes, which are indicators of high performance.
In addition to the Top Workplaces award, Station Casinos was recognized for Employee Well-Being, Professional Development, and Appreciation, "highlighting the company's commitment to supporting its team members through comprehensive benefits, training initiatives, and a supportive culture."
"The award is based solely on the feedback from our team member survey administered by Energage. We want to thank our team members for their input; this achievement would not have been possible without them," said Chris Smith, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Station Casinos. "We are proud to offer some of the best benefits and programs in the city to our team members."
Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage, said: "Earning a USA TODAY Top Workplaces award is a testament to an organization’s credibility and commitment to a people-first culture. This award, driven by real employee feedback, is more than just a recognition — it’s proof that your employees believe in the organization and its leadership."
