Inspired expands fishing-themed slots franchise with launch of Catch of The Day Extra Spins

B2B gaming content and solutions provider Inspired Entertainment has announced the release of Catch of the Day Extra Spins – the latest addition to the popular Catch of the Day franchise from Astra Games Studio.

Catch of the Day Extra Spins is a fishing-themed slot with a 5x3 reel layout and 10-win lines. Packed with a variety of features, the title is now available in the UK LBO, B3 market. 

The Free Games feature is triggered by landing 3 or more scatter symbols on the reels. Depending on the number of scatter symbols, players can win 10, 15, or 20 Free Games – 3 scatters award 10, 4 scatters award 15, and 5 scatters award 20 Free Games. 

During Free Games, the Wild Fisherman becomes the player's ally. It substitutes for all symbols to help create or enhance wins and collects any fish and Free Games tag values once for every Wild Fisherman symbol in view. If multiple Wild Fisherman symbols appear, each fish and Free Games value is collected again for every additional fisherman. 

The Fortune Spins mode offers the ability to customize gameplay. Activating the feature presents the player with a 50/50 wheel. Landing the arrow in the green ‘spin’ area awards one Fortune Spins. During Fortune Spins, landing two scatter symbols triggers a spin of the Free Games Spinner, where players can win between 1 and 10 free games, providing additional opportunities for bigger wins.
