Horseshoe Bossier City Hotel and Casino is set to undergo a multi-million dollar renovation, with completion expected by summer 2025.
In a press release, the resort detailed plans to update over 600 hotel rooms, including a complete refresh of 12 top-floor suites. A new pet-friendly floor will also be added, along with renovations to the hotel tower’s elevator landings and hallways.
“We want to offer our guests a new experience, something they can be excited about, and we think that they’re going to be enthusiastic about the refresh we’re doing to our rooms here at Horseshoe,” said Whitney Willingham, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Horseshoe Bossier City. “We appreciate everyone’s patience as we work through the construction; we can’t wait to show off the final product.”
The release also highlighted the property's 25,000-square-foot casino floor, which features “more than 850 of the latest slot machines, 54 high-energy table games, and a state-of-the-art Caesars Sportsbook" that offers three betting windows, 20 self-serve betting kiosks, and three VIP viewing sections.
Dining options remain a key part of the experience at Horseshoe Bossier City. “The destination is home to Jack Binion’s Steak House, Horseshoe’s signature fine dining experience that serves steaks as legendary as the man whose name is on the door,” the release stated. “For wine lovers, Casa di Amici offers a wide selection of wines and charcuterie boards created with the best meats, cheeses, and accoutrements from around the world.”
Guests can also enjoy casual fare at 8 oz. Burger Bar, Double Down Dogs, Jasmine’s Noodle Bar, and The Port, which serves up southern seafood favorites.
Guests can also enjoy live entertainment at The Riverdome, an 11,522-square-foot venue that features an intimate nightclub feel, or enjoy weekend music and cocktails at the stylish 1931 Lounge.
