South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa debuts expanded poker room

The revamped poker room features more tables and comfortable seating, as well as all the games players love, including Texas Hold’em and luxury amenities across the sizeable room with social distancing requirements in place.

South Point Hotel, Casino and Spa has debuted a newly renovated poker room upon the property’s grand reopening on June 4.

The property has added eight additional tables, bringing the room’s total to thirty, the room still features the most room in between tables in Las Vegas. Players are able to enjoy the upgraded 55-inch 4K televisions throughout the room, in addition to two new 90-inch televisions.

Players will also appreciate the new, comfortable seating with variable settings for increased relaxation. Every seat in the room includes a phone charging station. Winners will be paid out at a new podium, which provides guests a better customer experience. 

"We know our players will enjoy the most comfortable poker playing experience in Las Vegas," said Ryan Growney, general manager of South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa. "And welcoming our loyal guests back in a safe way is of the upmost importance to us and our staff."

Games featured in the poker room include $3-6, $4-8, $6-12 limit Texas Hold'em and $1-2, $2-3, $3-5 blind no limit Texas Hold'em. Mixed Games, Stud and Omaha also spread upon request.
